KEEP CALM & trust the PROCESS. Once you've submitted your contact form you'll be contacted as soon as humanly possible to get your initial consultation scheduled. You will receive a quick questionnaire via email that you will need to complete and return before we connect in person. It's short, painless, and will help me be 100% prepared for our meeting.
Time for our meeting! We'll get the rendezvous scheduled so it's the most convenient for YOU. I'm all about ease and simplicity so I'm happy to come to your area and meet you wherever you are most comfortable connecting. We can link at your favorite coffee shop or local eatery. If distance is an issue, we can always do a phone appointment or a Skype call.
During our meeting we will go over the entire A-Z of how it's all going to go. We'll cover timeline, online planning/music accounts with MAIN and GUEST lists. You will decide which optional equipment you'd like to add-on so you can capitalize the savings through a bundled services package. At the conclusion of our initial consultation I will have crafted a custom package built just for you or your client, specifically for your event. You will then be given 2 package options, with discounted pricing for your consideration.
Now, you're off and running and you've done the best possible thing you can do for yourself or your client. When you have decided which option you'd like to proceed with you can pick up the phone and give me a call, a text, or an email indicating your decision. Depending on your package choice we will get a contract drafted up immediately and an invoice prepared for you to execute. SUPER easy stuff if you've got the right people on your side!
